2.Extruder is equipped with temperature control system, which is automatic with PID for
adjusting.
3.Heater on the barrel is cast aluminum, with fan cooling structure.
4.With force feeding system.
5.With automatic measuring system.
6.Advanced technology is used in the design of the cooling and forming roll to ensure the
quality of the product.
7.With air knife or vacuum degassing unit for option to ensure the effect of roll stick.
8.Equipped with automatic collecting unit for trim material.
9.Certain length alarm meter is adopted in the friction winder.
10.Equip with two extruders and co-extrusion die could get the single viscidity stretch film
(co-extrusion stretch film).
11.This plant could make PE fresh film, just make a little adjustments of it.
Usage:
This plant could make single or double viscidity stretch film.It is widely used in the package industry,especially for the pallets wrap.
